Resolved: Profile and abonnement don't work
The exchange of finesse in photography is inconsequential. My Tinder page hasn't been working since Friday, December 6th.
I bought a subscription, so there's no money, no refund, no help, and no response from Tinder support. I can't view discovery, see my likes or my matches.
All I can do is stay connected and view my page. My profile, email, and telephone number have already been confirmed.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Mon compte Tinder a été bloqué car jai mis des photos de moi alors que jétais en short ce ne sont pas des photos de nudité il y a plein de photos de filles en maillot de bain et cest autorisé sur Tinder je ne vois pas en quoi jai contrevenu aux règles de votre site si tel est le cas il faudrait également supprimer toutes les photos des personnes en maillot de bain Et bloquer leur compte je nai rien exhiber javais juste le torse nu où est le problème dans le cadre de photos dune activité sportive jai payé un abonnement cher voudrais bien me rembourser vous navez pas le droit de bloquer mon compte sans aucune raison légitime je suis juriste et je ne compte pas me laisser faire À défaut daccord je recourrai au tribunal mon tel est 066305**** Bruno Dezon

I was banned from tinder and the company was unable to provide me any reason for this. I always respected the rules and didn't do anything special the last days.
I was very disappointed by the customer service, which only sends you automatic responses, but doesn't help you efficiently.
As a consequence, I will change for another app.

Perma Ban before creating account
I've been using tinder and paying for the gold version even though i rarely use it, one day i was like i'll take a break from it because i was so busy , i still payed because i knew i will come back after 1 month or so , and indeed the second i tried to create a new account after the break, they asked me to do the verification to access my new account, i took the verification images after 2 days they send me that i am permanently banned from tinder. no refund and no ability to create ever a new account.
I contacted the customer service to fix my issue i keep receiving an automated response about rules violation. How is deleting your account and taking a break a violation of rules, never had any issue with no one in the app, i tried to explain to customer service that since i use my college dorm wifi it can't the reason why they think i violated the rules.
I need my issue to be fixed, apparently my phone, Wifi and sim number are all banned. HELP me find a solution PLEASE.

They lost a gold customer which is me forever

I am just getting really annoyed now. Twice I have tried to purchase Tinder Gold in the app, twice my card has been charged and twice an error appeared AFTER MY CARD WAS CHARGED. I am now 100+ out of pocket and still no Tinder Gold.
It appears pointless in contacting customer support as there is no response or support whatsoever!!
Very disappointed.

I've contacted you several times and had absolutely no response!!
In the app I clicked pay for Tinder gold and opted to pay by card. I got a transaction failed notice and yet my card has still been charged.
All I want is for Tinder Gold to work on my phone app.....
Please can à human being get in touch and fix the problem.

Hi,
I just got an email about a renewal of my subscription, when i don't desire it. I think it is not commercial at all to charge a customer without asking him.
At the moment, i am very disapointed by your compagny. As a leader of opinion I won't recommand you at all!
If you are honest, cancel the renewal and give me back funds immediately. And of course I ask you not to renew again my subscription and will cancel it definetly if you don't pay me back
