I was banned from tinder and the company was unable to provide me any reason for this. I always respected the rules and didn't do anything special the last days.
I was very disappointed by the customer service, which only sends you automatic responses, but doesn't help you efficiently.

I've been using tinder and paying for the gold version even though i rarely use it, one day i was like i'll take a break from it because i was so busy , i still payed because i knew i will come back after 1 month or so , and indeed the second i tried to create a new account after the break, they asked me to do the verification to access my new account, i took the verification images after 2 days they send me that i am permanently banned from tinder. no refund and no ability to create ever a new account.
I contacted the customer service to fix my issue i keep receiving an automated response about rules violation. How is deleting your account and taking a break a violation of rules, never had any issue with no one in the app, i tried to explain to customer service that since i use my college dorm wifi it can't the reason why they think i violated the rules.
I need my issue to be fixed, apparently my phone, Wifi and sim number are all banned. HELP me find a solution PLEASE.

I am just getting really annoyed now. Twice I have tried to purchase Tinder Gold in the app, twice my card has been charged and twice an error appeared AFTER MY CARD WAS CHARGED. I am now 100+ out of pocket and still no Tinder Gold.
It appears pointless in contacting customer support as there is no response or support whatsoever!!
Very disappointed.
